La Serena is a beautiful 18-hole mainly flat golf course where the main difficulties come from the prevailing Levante wind & from the water hazards which come into play in no less than 16 holes. The golf course guide is very useful when playing at La Serena.
Las Ramblas golf course was created by the famous designer Pepe Gancedo and opened in 1990.
Las Ramblas golf course has incomparable beauty and as its name indicates, has been developed on a steep terrain surrounded by watercourses. Las Ramblas golf course offers some splendid views of the Mediterranean Sea.
La Torre Golf is an 18 hole, par 68 golf course that is full of challenges. The golf course is not long but it will require the golfer to play wisely. With large bunkers lining the fairways the golfer must choose correctly off the tee to be sure to place the ball in the fairway. Again, the greens are well protected and golfers must play accordingly to be sure to reach the green in regulation. The most notable holes at La Torre Golf are its 6 par 3´s. Each par 3 is a great hole on its own and when you put 6 of them on one course, the final product is a challenge. Suitable for all golfers it is a top favorite for mid to high handicappers but also caters to low handicappers who must manage their game in order to have a good round.
Lo Romero golf course layout is a good test and the golf course is kept in good condition with the nice fairways and fast and consistent greens. The clubhouse facilities are based around portable buildings but you can still get a drink and a snack. Very good value for money. The 18th hole at Lo Romero golf course is just spectacular! A par4 , stroke 1 and 356mt of an elevated yellow tee, a bunker on the right side of the fairway and an island green, to finish. Not a bird hole for the signature hole at Lo Romero golf course.
Mar Menor golf course was originally opened as a 9 hole designed by Dave Thomas later converted into an 18 hole golf course designed by the great Jack Nicklaus. Without doubt this is an ideal resort or society golf course with an emphasis based on positioning the ball in the correct part of the fairway from the tee and then below the flags on the undulating greens. Some of the earlier holes can ‘lull’ you into a false sense of security but when you reach holes 13,14 and 15 all of which wrap themselves around a man made lake, you are quickly brought to your senses. In particular the 15th hole will test your patience as the small landing ‘areas’ from the tees are well guarded by sand bunkers. All facilities available, Club house, Spa …a place to be all day.

Puig Campana Golf is a 9 holes golf course located in the countryside, in the Finestrat and Villajoyosa region. The young greens are wide, allow many and varied positions for the flags and the rolling of the ball is constant. The fairways are kept in very good condition and the rough is not too severe due to the fact that the course is essentially intended for the amateur player.
From some holes, there are views to the pretty village of Finestrat situated between the mountains that surround it and crowned by the Puig Campana mountain. From other holes you can clearly see the sea and the coast that borders Villajoyosa and Benidorm.
The greens are of Agrostis Estalonifera of the variety L93. The fairways, tees and rough are of the ''Princess'' bermuda variety. The irrigation water comes totally from recycled water from the wastewater treatment plant in Villajoyosa and Benidorm.
This is a golf course totally respectful of nature and the environment that surrounds it. It is environmentally sustainable and the current habitat of great variety of birds, rabbits and partridges.

This golf course it is in great condition, the fairways are generous and well-cut and the signature hole has to be the impressive 7th island green par 3. Roda Golf Course has been designed in such a manner that it meets the needs and demands of all types of golf players.
Play the Jack Nicklaus trail at Saurines Golf Course, Spain.
Saurines is an 18 hole, par 72, desert-style golf course but with a links philosophy, is designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is designed with influences of the Nicklaus golf course in Lake, Las Vegas. Its main characteristics are undulating fairways and greens among desert dunes, few bunkers and a great 6 hectare lake. Holes 9 and 18 go around the lake, which guarantees an exciting final.
It measures a maximum of 6,498 metres. For long hitters, the par 5 holes are reachable in two, being under 480 metres, but you will have to be accurate as there are hazards left and right of the greens. The three par 3 holes are either long with two over 182 metres in length and although the 6th is short at 126 metres, the shot is played over water to a narrow green.
Saurines golf course is a great addition to the golf courses in this area and is well worth a visit.
A great new course that opened at the beginning of 2011
